Boys

I thought I'd put some side by side pics of the boys to see how much they really look like each other.  People are always commenting about them looking like each other.  They either think they look a lot alike or absolutely nothing alike.  Dav was definitely bigger than Dawson, at least up until this point.  So here it is...

4 Months

I love these boys.  I especially love the bond they have.  I love to watch Dawson's face light up when he spots Dav.  I love hearing Dav call him buddy and comforting him when he's crying.  I love watching Dav grasp the concept he is just a baby...we're still trying to get that down.  This past week Dav decided to give Dawson CPR and teach him how to walk.  LoL! Good times..I just smile and say, "He better learn to be tough!" I hope this special bond they have right now will stay like this forever. 

Preschool

 Dav started preschool on September 6th.  I hesitated putting him in this year because I have full intentions of holding him back.  I decided a little extra school can never hurt anyone!  He absolutely loves it and as of now, he is being pretty good.  I think their time is coming...!!!  He is a handful!  Both of his teachers are my cousins, so I have warned them in advance!  Michelle's boys are into rodeo.  I told her if he gets out of line to tell him a rodeo story and it usually does the trick. 

Dav's 1st homework!  He was so excited he could hardly stand it! Man, I sure hope this attitude continues. ..Yeah, right.  I know.

I love emptying out his backpack and having him tell me all about school.  He is so excited about it and is so entertaining.
